Hi, I’m Isaac. Currently I am a UX designer at Enel X in Boston. I'm a graduate student at Savannah College of Art and Design, holding a Master Degree in Service Design.

I have a multidisciplinary background in service design, interaction design, user-experience, systems thinking, and design strategy. I finished my Service Design master degree at Savannah College of Art and Design and a bachelor degree as an interaction designer in Emily Car University of Art + Design. I think holistically and systematically when facing different kinds of problems and look at “the big picture” and propose design guidelines in a strategic and systematic way.

My design process begins with a deep human-centric and business strategic research. By using contextual research methods to reveal deep insights about the needs, motivations and behaviours of people as well as identify business opportunities across touchpoints and stakeholders. While diving into the design phase, I use creative problem-solving methods to frame problems, generate ideas and validate solutions that helps me to create a delightful, engaging, and innovative service experience.

Speaking from past experience, I’ve been doing web designs for clients or small companies both as in groups or individual. I found out about myself that I love working in multidisciplinary teams because the group members inspire me with their talent and skill, push me to think outside the box. When I work alone, I personalize the things I learn from others and open up more possibilities. I listen, I get involved, I count myself in for every creative opportunity and this is how I get inspired.
